Our articles and research are available for syndication and republishing. Explore options for your publication, platform, or internal distribution.
Free Republishing Rights
Journalists, researchers, and non-commercial entities may republish articles from The Bankers' Magazine under our Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, subject to the conditions below.
Who Can Republish
- News publications: Journalists covering banking, finance, and policy
- Aggregators and curators: News aggregation sites, newsletters, and research platforms
- Educational institutions: Universities and training programmes (non-commercial)
- Non-profit organisations: Think tanks, policy organisations, and advocacy groups
- Internal research: Circulate within your team, firm, or institution (not publicly)
Republishing Conditions
When republishing an article from The Bankers' Magazine, you must:
Attribution Requirements
- Display the author's name clearly, along with the byline "Originally published in The Bankers' Magazine"
- Link to the original article at bankersmagazine.com (if published online)
- Include the original publication date
- Preserve the article in its original form or note any edits clearly
Prohibited Uses
- Do not republish without clear attribution to The Bankers' Magazine and the original author
- Do not modify, truncate, or misrepresent the article's meaning or conclusions
- Do not use articles for paid advertising or commercial promotion without a license agreement
- Do not republish more than one article per week or more than four articles per calendar month without explicit permission
- Do not claim authorship or exclusive rights to the material
Commercial Licenses
If you wish to republish articles in a commercial context or exceed the limits above, we offer licensing agreements. Commercial licenses provide:
- Unlimited republishing rights within your publication or platform
- Syndication rights to multiple publications or channels
- Use in paid newsletters, reports, and research products
- Integration into proprietary research and analytical tools
- Customisation and adaptation rights (with clear attribution)

What You Cannot Do
Under the CC BY 4.0 license and our terms, you are expressly prohibited from:
- Removing or altering attribution: You must clearly credit The Bankers' Magazine and the original author
- Commercial redistribution without a license: You cannot sell articles or use them in commercial products without a separate license
- Trademark use: Do not use "The Bankers' Magazine" name or logo to imply our endorsement without permission
- Mass distribution: Do not republish more than four articles per month without permission (subject to exceptions for legitimate news reporting)
- AI training: Do not use articles to train, fine-tune, or develop machine learning models without a separate data license agreement
- Derivative works: Do not republish substantially altered versions without explicit permission
Special Cases
News Reporting Exemption
Journalists and news organisations may republish articles for legitimate news reporting purposes without adhering to the four-article-per-month limit, provided that:
- Full attribution is maintained
- The republishing is in a legitimate news or editorial context
- You are not framing the work as your own original analysis
Academic and Research Use
Educational institutions, researchers, and academics may use articles for educational purposes, including in course materials and research papers, subject to attribution requirements. For large-scale educational distribution, please contact us for guidance.
Internal and Institutional Use
You may circulate articles within your organisation (employees, clients, partners) for internal reference and research. If you republish on an internal intranet or shared platform, provide a clear link back to bankersmagazine.com.
AI and Machine Learning
Under the CC BY 4.0 license, our articles may not be used to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models. This includes generative AI, large language models, and similar systems. If you have a legitimate research or commercial need for such use, contact licensing@bankersmagazine.com to negotiate a separate data license agreement.

- Publication, platform, or audience (where it will appear)
- Expected reach or frequency
- Any modifications or context you intend to add
- Timeline for your project
We typically respond to licensing enquiries within five business days. Requests for non-commercial, editorial republishing are usually approved immediately.
Enforcement
The Bankers' Magazine takes intellectual property seriously. If we discover unauthorised republishing or breach of license terms, we will notify you and ask for immediate compliance. Repeated violations may result in legal action and a permanent ban from republishing our content.
