Subscriptions

What does a subscription include?

A subscription gives you full access to all published articles, the weekly Intelligence briefing, the complete Archive, and our data visualisations. Subscribers also receive the Sunday digest by email each week.

How do I subscribe?

Visit the Subscribe page to choose between an individual or professional subscription. Payment is processed securely. Your account is activated immediately on confirmation.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date for no charge. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; a pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the term. To cancel, visit your account settings or contact us.

Do you offer professional or group subscriptions?

Yes. Professional subscriptions cover teams of any size and include additional licensing rights for internal distribution. See our professional subscriptions page for pricing and terms.

Is there a free trial?

Selected articles are available without a subscription, including all Intelligence dispatches and one full article per section per month. A 14-day free trial is available for new individual subscribers.

Newsletter

When is the newsletter sent?

The Sunday Intelligence digest is sent each Sunday morning between 07:00 and 08:00 GMT. Occasional mid-week dispatches are sent for significant breaking developments.

The newsletter is not arriving. What should I check?

First, check your spam or junk folder and mark the sender as safe. Add digest@bankersmagazine.com to your contacts. If the problem persists, confirm your subscription status in your account settings, then contact us with your registered email address.

Can I change the email address my newsletter is sent to?

Yes — update your email address in your account settings. The change takes effect from the following Sunday's edition.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter without cancelling my subscription?

Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link at the foot of the email. Clicking this removes you from the mailing list while preserving your full site access. You may re-subscribe at any time from your account settings.
